American Society of Home Inspector certified inspector

I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. After college I came back to the area and worked in residential property management and HOA management for twelve years. As an operations manager I learned how to communicate with residents and explain issues to them without causing additional concern. This skill has been one of my biggest assets as a Home Inspector. I am able to explain issues that I find in a way that I educate my clients but not alarm them thus assisting them in making an educated decision on there potential new home. I am licensed in Maryland and Virginia (DC does not require any licensing). I am a Certified ASHI Home Inspector which I hold with pride knowing how hard it is to get this certification. I am also a Certified Radon Professional through NRSB. I also just completed the New Residential Structures training to inspect New Construction. I have spent the last sixteen years inspecting homes and structure as a property manager and now as a home inspector and have shown my dedication with my continuing education.
